The Quarry Apartments and Townhomes is officially paw-approved! Our community prioritizes pets and their owners by providing a pet-friendly policy that welcomes your furry friends. In fact, we offer some of the most pet-friendly apartments in Decatur, IL! Read our pet policy to learn more.

Pet Policy:

  • We welcome pets upon approval.
  • The Quarry allows dogs and cats.
  • There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment.
  • We have specific breed restrictions and do not allow:  Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Wolf dogs, or any mix of these breeds. Please contact the leasing office for additional information on restricted breeds.

Pet Fees

  • $250 non-refundable pet move in fee
  • $25 per month per pet
